 Over the past 20 year, Scott has been involved with disaster and emergency response management in many situations, including successfully managing the safety of over eight hundred emergency responder during the Katrina-Rita event. In addition to the on-site recovery management of numerous natural and man-made disasters, he has designed and implemented safety programs, and has over 3000 hours of OSHA compliance and other training experience. Scott received his Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio State University and is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager, as well as a Certified Disaster Response Manager.
