Sue brings 25+ years in human resources, including assignments in recruiting, compensation, change management and generalist functions for large financial services organizations in New England. She received a Bachelors of Science degree from Iowa State University and her CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) designation from World at Work, the national compensation professional association. 

While in Connecticut, Sue served on the Board of HRACC (Human Resources Association of Central Connecticut), a SHRM chapter, for many years and is currently a member of TAHRA. She was a founder and President of the New England Relocation Association. Sue sat on the Board of the Visiting Nurses Association of the Farmington Valley, as well held many civic and church Committee positions.
