Barrie’s 20 years of staffing and recruitment experience included being President and CEO of a foreign-owned staffing firm where she was responsible for opening their US operations. Barrie is a life-long resident of the Toledo area and received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Toledo and her Masters in Business Administration for the University of Findlay.
