 Jim Traver is the founder and President of HR on Demand. He has over 30 years of human resource experience in large and small organizations in a variety of industries. Much of that time was spent helping organizations understand and adapt to changing customer and regulatory requirements. Jim has also been involved, however, in helping clients clarify human resource and training needs and recommending effective solutions to meet these needs.
Jim received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration/Psychology from the University of Toledo and a Masters of Business Administration also from the University of Toledo.
Jim has been President of the Toledo Chapter of American Society of Training and Development and is a member of the Toledo Area Human Resources Association (TAHRA) and the Toledo Chapter of the German Shepherd Dog Club. He has served as a volunteer on the Owens College Business Department Advisory Committee, Toledo Public Schools Advisory Committee for Technical Programs, Board of Directors for the Erie Shores Credit Union and as President of the OB Buckeye Schutzhund Club.
